The Corolla Cross Hybrid was minimally available. Will Follman and his associate were conscientious in obtaining a car for me within several days despite my willingness to wait for up to 3 months. Will Follman and his associate were conscientious in obtaining a car for me within several days despite my willingness to wait for up to 3 months. Will was also conscientious in making sure I was aware of several features of the car and helped me set up the Toyota app. He also indicated that I might have more questions laps I drove the car longer and offered to answer any questions I might have at a later date. The only downside is I would have liked a better offer for my trade in. More
We have been going to Lithia Toyota of Springfield since we purchased our 4Runner in 2018. When we bought our Tundra in 2019 we started taking it there as well.
