We did our research locally in Washington State and decided on a Prius. On a recommendation we contacted Lithia by email before we purchased. Lithia beat our local price by enough that it made the two hour trip to Springfield worth the effort. Keith had everything ready for us when we arrived, and there was no haggling over the price he had quoted to us in his email. Paperwork took a mere hour, and our lesson on all the high-tech goodies in our new Prius another half an hour. Never thought I could use the word "pleasant" in conjunction with "car purchase"! But it was a pleasant and enjoyable transaction. And we love our new car! More

We chose this dealership because of the selection and pricing. The dealership building itself was the modern Toyota thing, though much smaller than other dealerships I have been to. The Internet sales team members were patient and friendly. The finance guy was pretty straight forward and didn't come across as pushy at all. Overall, we would have liked to have compromised on a better price. We were told they don't negotiate, so we kind of felt out of options, especially after having been there for a few hours. In the end, we got a nice van at a fair price, but didn't leave feeling like we got a good deal. More

I submitted my contact info to all and Keith of Lithia was the only one to respond immediately. He was quick but not pushy. When I met him at the dealership a few hours later I could see the car was a good fit for me and Keith was patient with all my questions. I am inexperienced with buying a car on a payment system, I've prefered to pay cash. Keith never indicated my questions were stupid, he helped me understand the process. His approach was comfortable and allowed me space to decide what to do. More
