Jake was true to what he promised. I had to call Springfield for a price and after we went over what i needed Jake gave me a great price. I did not get there for a couple weeks and Jake I had to call Springfield for a price and after we went over what i needed Jake gave me a great price. I did not get there for a couple weeks and Jake honored his great price on a similar 4runner. Jake knew I was on a time limit, came in on his day off and got me out on time. Eric made another offer I could not refuse. I would recommend Springfield because of Jake. Thank you. More

Helpful and friendly staff I bought a used car from Lithia Toyota of Springfield. I live about 3 hours from the dealership so I didn't have the luxury of driving back and forth I bought a used car from Lithia Toyota of Springfield. I live about 3 hours from the dealership so I didn't have the luxury of driving back and forth to see the car, get a loan (from my credit union) and return to purchase the vehicle. My salesman Keith Moreck was helpful in providing an honest evaluation of the car in my absence. The service I received from Keith and Rodney Kellum was both considerate and helpful, however the dealership policies made the experience stressful. The policy is to not send a purchase order to my Credit Union via fax because they do not to send out xxx "anonymously." That left me dead in the water with the only option being multiple visits to the dealership. Fortunately, Keith and Rodney managed to wrangle past the policy and fax PO to my Credit Union and I was able to pick up the vehicle with only one trip. I found it astonishing that it was so difficult to give Lithia Toyota of Springfield my money. There are a lot options out there - and I've purchased cars before without leaving my desk. I couldn't understand why a major dealership would put barriers between themselves and a customer that was eager to make a purchase at asking price. But like I said, the staff came through at the zero hour. I'm grateful for that. When the transaction was complete, Rodney asked the service center to clean up the car for delivery (which I think should have been accomplished by the time I got there considering I gave them a 3 hour lead on my arrival). I appreciated the effort but the car's interior still looked like I bought it from a private party, not a dealership. Granted, it was an inexpensive used car, but the kind of grime remaining required little more than wiping things down. More

He was not rushed and took his time with everything. for a relaxed stress free experience. Steve in finance, no added pressure to purchase addition services, warranties etc. Since the Lithia group represents a several manufactures without a doubt next vehicle will be purchased through Keith whether it's Toyota or not!
