Or like my experience at Kiefer Kia (which was HORRIBLE) to say the least they rushed me through and made me feel extremely pressured knowing I needed a vehicle due to my a/c not working I’m my old Honda. They took advantage of my situation and I immediately regretted purchasing from them. When I came to Lithia Toyota I went in with low expectations. It quickly changed as I got helped right away, they got straight to the point and didn’t make me feel pressured. When I decided I was gonna purchase my 2016 Toyota Corolla, they made the process so easy for me, (I had my 2 year old with me). Everyone was so kind and helpful, they even made it possible for me to have a 5 year warranty/72,000 miles. I was very impressed with how quickly everything happened, since my two year old can be a handful at times. I would recommend Lithia Toyota over any other dealership. More

Told me that I needed new spark plugs after a tune up I went in for service for a car with a recall issue and they tried to tell me that I needed new spark plugs. a. They also recommended more work that I would have to pay for. They are just looking to take your money for nothing. More
