They were straightforward, verified our expectations, answered questions efficiently, and stayed an hour after closing to allow us ample time to make our decision and complete all the paperwork. The staff was very friendly, provided excellent service, and stayed in touch with us, checking in on every step throughout the process. They made the entire family feel very comfortable, including bringing us popcorn, drinks, and hot dogs (during the Memorial holiday sale), while we completing the purchase process. We reached out to Keith Moreck after our on-line research and he emailed us information with a price reduction. We came in during a very busy afternoon, while Keith was working with multiple customers, so we also had the opportunity to work with Chris Loock. Chris patiently assisted us with multiple test drives, and numerous questions, prepping the truck and explaining some of the new truck’s operational functions. He made calls regarding inventory not on the lot, etc., to make sure we found the vehicle with the options and color we were looking for. Mark Aggson and Steve Bennett also did a great job with their part of the purchase process (final negotiations and financing), ensuring that the purchasing process was smooth. We enjoyed talking with them and appreciated the efficiency, kindness, and patience, even though it was an hour past closing time. Even during the week after the purchase, when our new Tundra had 2 mysterious flat tires, Keith continued to assist us, even on his days off. Greg Ziolkowski and Ken Anderson (Service Dept) worked the mystery problem and resolved it very professionally at no cost to us. The Service Dept kept us updated and made sure that we were well taken care of. We sincerely appreciated how hard they worked to get to the bottom of the unusual situation. What a great staff! More

Discussions of price, service, upgrades, and accessories all were practical and struck me as focused on my needs and wants rather than on any agency pressures to sell particular models. Once my mind was made up, the paperwork and financial details were completed as simply and quickly as I could hope for. I expect to drive this vehicle for many years, but if I decide to do otherwise, I'll check with Lithia before going elsewhere. More

We live in Northern What to do when you want a new 2019 Toyota RAV4 XSE hybrid only to discover it is very hard to get much less at the Costco price? We live in Northern California. I used the Costco Auto Buying website and literally could find no XSE equipped with only Technology and Weather packages. The XSEs in California did not even offer the weather package for the few I could find in stock at any price. Our daughter lives on the Oregon Coast so I checked Lithia of Springfield. Keith Moreck responded right away. He blew us away with not only giving us the Costco Auto price quote but he actually had a nearly perfect match on a vessel! It was the right color, had the two vital packages we wanted - we did get an extra, the panoramic sunroof, but that was an easy extra to accept. Kevin’s response almost sounded too good to be true! The XSE arrived at his dealership yesterday and we bought it today. Absolutely smooth buying process. No hidden extras. Eric Edgar in Finance was equally efficient and pleasant. In fact, had we not had a 7 hour drive home, we would have enjoyed hanging out a little longer. Lithia of Springfield Internet Sales are a standup team. Highly recommend. More

What struck us was the depth of product knowledge displayed by those we were involved with and the customer service oriented approach. Highly recommended. More
