The employees we dealt with tried to change the trade in numbers on us when we met with the fianance person. Later, looking at the numbers, they also added a fee we were not told about. I had to threaten to cancel the deal then they corrected the amount owed. In contrast, Keith could not have been a better person to deal with. In fact, I may help my son by a vehicle through him too. He was fair, professional, and very polite. He could not have been a better person to represent your dealership. More
