Check Other Toyota Dealers To Get Complete Toyota Inventory We wanted to purchase a 2018 Prius 2 or 3 and hopefully have some safety features added as well. We went to our local Toyota dealer (Lithia of Spring We wanted to purchase a 2018 Prius 2 or 3 and hopefully have some safety features added as well. We went to our local Toyota dealer (Lithia of Springfield) and they only had one Prius on their lot when we visited on Dec 28th; a Prius 4 with many features we did not want and a color we were hoping to avoid. Lithia said they could look at other dealers around the northwest and see if they had a Prius that met our needs with a color we wanted that Lithia could then trade their Prius 4 for with the other Prius from the other dealer. The folks at Lithia told us after their search that there were only 3 other Prius' in the state and none had the features we wanted. Knowing that the Toyota's discount coupon was ending on the 2nd of Jan we believed, from what they told us, that the inventory was quite low and it would be best to purchase their 2018 Prius 4, so we did. We found out later that there were actually 57 other Prius cars in Oregon (cargurus.com), not just the 3 they told us about. Later talking to Lithia about the above situation they said that they could only offer the other Prius' that the other dealers were willing to trade, which there was only 3 available for trade. Lithia did not tell us that they could only access a small portion of the state inventory of Prius'. If we knew that we would have looked at the other dealers for the Prius that had the features and color that we wanted. We are disappointed that we were taken advantage of by the dealer and led to believe that if we didn't buy "now" that there wouldn't be any 2018 Prius' left in the state to purchase. So be forewarned and look at other dealers for the car you want in that Lithia may not have access to what other Toyota dealers have in their inventory. Our salesperson was friendly and helpful in answering questions but it was his supervisor that did not relay all the above information to us. More

Even with the extras the overall price STILL beat the sticker price from the "other guys". Now let's talk about Keith... "Salesman of the Year" award, goes to that guy for sure! I'll be handing his card out to anyone I can think of. Great guy, easy going, no BS & no pressure, had the answers to my questions, and threw in some awesome extras! Eric wrapped things up at the end. He explained all of the paperwork, warranties, etc. perfectly. He made the boring part fun and got me out of there quick. Lithia Toyota has earned my loyalty, for sure. Thanks guys! More

Well, things have changed or Lithia Toyota of Springfield and its employees are the exception, or perhaps both apply.. Keith Moreck was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was super. I would refer any of our friends or family to Keith. The entire process was pain free. Each of the team that we encountered were great and provided excellent customer service. I did look up the dealer before hand and noticed a very high rating. I have to agree. If you are considering a car from this dealership - go for it. I promise you will not be disappointed in regards to their staff. More
