Great experience! I recently decided to trade my 2015 4Runner for a new 2019 4Runner and couldn't be happier with my experience. I worked with Sales Representative Ryan I recently decided to trade my 2015 4Runner for a new 2019 4Runner and couldn't be happier with my experience. I worked with Sales Representative Ryan Rabern, Sales Manager Mark Aggson & Finance Manager Jon Timmons. I told them exactly what I was looking for and my monthly payment needs. 3 hours later was driving off the lot with a new 4Runner, fully covered with an extended warranty and gap insurance WITHOUT going over my requested monthly payment! And it was exactly what I had asked for exterior color, interior color, options, the whole package! No pressure just great information and helpful tips to make sure I made the most educated decision possible. I have also dealt with Ken Anderson in the service department on many occasions and I have never found a more attentive and helpful service technician. Needless to say I will not take my business elsewhere, Lithia Toyota has earned a lifetime customer and I will be sending all my friends and family their way! More

If you're not in a hurry to buy, expect second rate service. First of, I will give them some credit. All of the salesmen I dealt with were very nice. I didn't feel any pressure to buy and when I told them I wasn't in a hurry to buy, I wasn't rushed off the lot. That's the reason I gave as least two stars. So I wanted to take my time picking out the perfect new car for me. Word of warning, if you want to take your time, you will get passed around to multiple salesmen. I don't like dealing with multiple people, I tried very hard to insist dealing with one guy when making appointments, but it was always someone different and given the excuse that he wasn't here today or was with another customer when I arrived to the dealership. Even after giving the name of the guy I wanted to meet.. Not sure they understand what an appointment is. Anyway, turns out the car I wanted, was at another dealership. I was told they will try and secure it and give me a call later that day, or the next morning. Call never came. I texted one of the many salesmen I dealt with (but specifically the one that told me he would call me.) He texted back, 'sorry had 8 customers come in' and nothing else. It took 3 days to finally get an answer via email, that "it had been sold." but was offered another similar car, for a couple thousand more. When I asked a question about it, I never got an email back. While I understand people are busy, and I always give them the benefit of the doubt.. But this was kind of crazy.. very simple questions went totally unanswered. I ended up just going to another dealership for the car I wanted. If you have an exact car in mind, with a fixed budget and aren't in a rush to buy.. You might want to save the headache and try another dealer. P.S. The car I wanted, that apparently sold.. was still at the other dealership. Pro Tip: If you have the VIN number of a car, you can simply google it and find the dealership that has it. More
