I used the Costco Auto Buying website and literally could find no XSE equipped with only Technology and Weather packages. The XSEs in California did not even offer the weather package for the few I could find in stock at any price. Our daughter lives on the Oregon Coast so I checked Lithia of Springfield. Keith Moreck responded right away. He blew us away with not only giving us the Costco Auto price quote but he actually had a nearly perfect match on a vessel! It was the right color, had the two vital packages we wanted - we did get an extra, the panoramic sunroof, but that was an easy extra to accept. Kevin’s response almost sounded too good to be true! The XSE arrived at his dealership yesterday and we bought it today. Absolutely smooth buying process. No hidden extras. Eric Edgar in Finance was equally efficient and pleasant. In fact, had we not had a 7 hour drive home, we would have enjoyed hanging out a little longer. Lithia of Springfield Internet Sales are a standup team. Highly recommend. More

My first initial thought was, I may have an experience like I had at Kendal Lexus, which wasn’t great at all, they took FOREVER to do anything, and I My first initial thought was, I may have an experience like I had at Kendal Lexus, which wasn’t great at all, they took FOREVER to do anything, and I even had an appointment. I didn’t end up purchasing from them. Or like my experience at Kiefer Kia (which was HORRIBLE) to say the least they rushed me through and made me feel extremely pressured knowing I needed a vehicle due to my a/c not working I’m my old Honda. They took advantage of my situation and I immediately regretted purchasing from them. When I came to Lithia Toyota I went in with low expectations. It quickly changed as I got helped right away, they got straight to the point and didn’t make me feel pressured. When I decided I was gonna purchase my 2016 Toyota Corolla, they made the process so easy for me, (I had my 2 year old with me). Everyone was so kind and helpful, they even made it possible for me to have a 5 year warranty/72,000 miles. I was very impressed with how quickly everything happened, since my two year old can be a handful at times. I would recommend Lithia Toyota over any other dealership. More
