The only thing that I was a "little" concerned about was that I was told to bring it back in about 30 days to see if what they replaced was the source of the leak I had??? The diagnosis was a leaking front axle boot.......so we shall see! More

Great suprise when I got the bill. IT WAS NO CHARGE!! We have a 08 Avalon & 2011 Tundra, both have been serviced here. During their remodel and a day that construction delayed our wait they did the work We have a 08 Avalon & 2011 Tundra, both have been serviced here. During their remodel and a day that construction delayed our wait they did the work (oil change & tire rotation) for NO CHARGE because of the wait. Our experience has always been positive & personal by the service department. We have gone to this dealer for the last 10 years. More

I knew it was going to take a while instead of watching the overheated customers fidgeting I decided to take a walk and go down to Jeff's Cattle Co. for breakfast. By the time I returned it wasn't long before my Highlander was out of Service and back in my hands again. Your guys were handling the customers very well. They are so courteous and patient.
