Our 2017 Toyota Prius has had a few issues over the past 6-8 months. We have life time oil changes had the car in for several weeks due to a rodent issue - $10,000. We also were due tire replacement and at 120k miles we obviously had to replace tires at least once and never paid anything close to $750+ The only saving grace was our service writer Mike Flag he is great! His friendly helpful personality has truely made the experience a lot easier to deal with. The rental department could use a fresh face. The gal at the desk acts like you are a burden and disrupting the day. We ended up renting at Enterprise across the street and were met with a friendly helpful staff. We have purchased many vehicles at both the Toyota and Chevrolet stores and usually had better luck. Hopefully Management can get the rental department trained in customer services or get them to "be like Mike". Mike G. Red Bluff More
I had the tire rotated that went fine. The issue that I have is that the alleged inspection of the cabin air filter indicating that it needed attention soon, tell me that no inspection w The issue that I have is that the alleged inspection of the cabin air filter indicating that it needed attention soon, tell me that no inspection was done because my truck actually had a brand new filter in it that, I had installed just prior to me bringing it for service. I feel that this practice of assuming that a vehicle need parts or service without physical inspection can be considered deceptive. Also, the evaluation form is vague in even though it explains numbers. It doesn’t give the consumer any of the priorities of the inspected parts needing repair/replacement. I am really thinking of whether I should continue doing business with Lithia Toyota of Redding even though, being a customer of six years. More

When I first walked into the service department to bring my car in for an oil change and general service inspection, I was greeted with a wonderful smile, and Season was as friendly, helpful, easy-going, an my car in for an oil change and general service inspection, I was greeted with a wonderful smile, and Season was as friendly, helpful, easy-going, and positive as could be! She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns with a genuineness and warmth that let me know that my satisfaction with the service she provided really mattered to her. As a photographer (my side gig), I always look forward to autumn, but my new favorite "season" is the one that works in the Service Department at Lithia Toyota in Redding. She's a valued asset to your dealership and I look forward to my next encounter with her! More
