shuttle service needs to improve Yesterday I brought my 2008 corolla in for a recall on the passenger air bag. I had made the appt last week on friday. I requested shuttle service to Yesterday I brought my 2008 corolla in for a recall on the passenger air bag. I had made the appt last week on friday. I requested shuttle service to get me home. I was told the shuttle service would swap drivers at one in the afternoon. I dropped my car off at 12:30 pm. I waited for the half hour and no shuttle. so i waited for another half hour and still no shuttle. Finally, at one thirty in the afternoon,I called my friend to pick me up. At four in the afternoon my car was done. I told the gentleman that I never received shuttle service that day, I was in the lobby the whole time and no one even came in to see if any of us customers needed a ride. Great service We had our first oil change on the new car this week. We got an appointment easily and quickly. The service attendant was friendly and very helpful. Fantastic service. Way more than we expect. Yaay. Everyone was wonderful, starting with Sal who oversaw everything from taking car in for routine check to finding a huge mouse nest in air filter. We also bought a car while we were there....not planned and they rushed detail and fixing a problem to get us out the door. Certainly a new, improved lithia Toyota. You guys are now 5 stars! More

Horrible! Absolutely horrible!!!!!! We will never purchase another vehicle from them again. I have been telling them for years about the sounds my 2010 Corolla Absolutely horrible!!!!!! We will never purchase another vehicle from them again. I have been telling them for years about the sounds my 2010 Corolla has been making it was like they didn't believe me. Recently did my 120,000 big service. Paid well over $1,000 and had to take it back because of a sound it was still making! They kept it over night said it was normal but then gave me the option to pay $900 to have something changed out. If it was normal then why would they offer that??? Also not even 1,000 miles after that service my maintenance required light came on!!!! More
Toyota vehicles reliability I have purchased my last five vehicles from Lithia Toyota. I now have a plug in Prius. It gets between 65 and 70 miles in town. It was well worth the additional price for a plug in! The other four vehicles are still in the family and still running great. Great service and a great product. Great Service! I took my car in for its 45,000 mile service and oil change on the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend. It was incredibly busy but the Service Advisor, I took my car in for its 45,000 mile service and oil change on the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend. It was incredibly busy but the Service Advisor, Peter Flynn, was outstanding. There was a line of people waiting and he acknowledged each person personally as they stood in the line and helped each person as they reached his desk efficiently and quickly and in a very friendly manner and without a sense of being rushed or harried or stressed. Everyone felt personally acknowledged and attended to. I was impressed! More
