Top Notch Service I am 80 years young and have lived in 19 different cities in the past 60 years. Of ALL the auto service departments I have used - - - Lithia Toyota i I am 80 years young and have lived in 19 different cities in the past 60 years. Of ALL the auto service departments I have used - - - Lithia Toyota is (far and away) the best. Great service writers, like Mark Hunt, make the experience so much easier. The service manager, Bruce Wren, runs a great crew of journeymen repair personnel and my cars have always been serviced on time and at moderate cost. Kudos also to: Sal, David, Keri, Shelby, Joe, Pete, Jessie, Michael and Lloyd. These men and women have either written up my service order, delivered my car in and out of the service area or dropped me off/picked me up at my home (on longer appointments). Great Company, Great Staff = Happy Customer!!!!!!!! More

I barely had a half hour wait Hardly a wait at all for the oil change/tire check. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Mark in the service department is always happy and has the same demeanor Deanne has. Great service! Bad corporate customer relations! The service at Lithia Toyota in Redding was and has been excellent. The fact that when I got home from the dealership and found a coupon in my mailbox The service at Lithia Toyota in Redding was and has been excellent. The fact that when I got home from the dealership and found a coupon in my mailbox that would have saved me 15% off my $450 bill sorta angered me. (Oh, and I check my mail box daily). I returned to the dealership with my just-received coupon and was informed that they "could not honor it" because it wasn't presented at the time of service. The coupons sent in the mail from (I'm guessing) corporate headquarters not honored within a very reasonable amount of time seems wrong. Oh, BTW the coupon expires in a week or so so I can't even save it for my 60,000 mile service. Not a place to go Toyota. More

I will not buy a new truck from Lithia because of there aggressive , untruthful and manipulative sales personnel and it seems they are moving into the I will not buy a new truck from Lithia because of there aggressive , untruthful and manipulative sales personnel and it seems they are moving into the service department as the individual that waited on me for a oil change attempted to make me pay for synthetic oil twice and when I asked if they would or did check the battery level . He told me that it was a sealed battery ( which it is not ) and it was not checked ( it was low !!!!! filled it myself ) I also wanted the tires rotated and the tires showed no sign of that being touched ( my mistake not to mark the front tires to be sure) Possibly the reason the truck was finished unbelievably quick. In any case you have seen the dollar from me and will not return. PS I don't care if someone wants to use chewing tobacco ( obnoxious that it is ) but the constant spitting ( as this person was waiting on me ) in front of a customer in a place of business is utterly ridiculous. You people have reached a new low. More
CURTAIN AIRBAG RECALL My appointment was at 9:00 a.m. and I was greeted promptly by service staff. The service writers were very happy and helpful. I did leave the premises for lunch, and I was notified by a phone call that they were running a little behind schedule. I was called when the vehicle was ready. Very nice facility and great experience. More
