Today they didn't have any record of the car trouble which I explained to you in great detail, nor any record that we even spoke, including the 9:30 appointment that you told me you scheduled. He told me that my service included rotation of my tires and if I was still having this problem, I should make an appointment with them and they would check it out. Great service We took our Prius in for a recall of side air bags. We thought that it would take 2 to 4 hours to repair. We had decided to return the next day to p We took our Prius in for a recall of side air bags. We thought that it would take 2 to 4 hours to repair. We had decided to return the next day to pick it up. Since they were aware that we lived 60 miles from the dealership, they jumped on it and had it finished in less than 2 hours. We didn't need to make another 120 mile round trip. Thank you. More
