If this had happened once I could understand, but it happened again, today, for a third time. I want to like you and trust you, you seem like a good person, but I don't understand how this could happen three times in a row. Today they didn't have any record of the car trouble which I explained to you in great detail, nor any record that we even spoke, including the 9:30 appointment that you told me you scheduled. What is going on at Lithia Toyota Redding? Do you guys communicate? More

I told him about a sound that I heard when I rolled down my back windows and was driving on the freeway. He listened very intently and explained that the people that serviced my car did not take it out on the road, The repair department people take vehicles out on the road for check ups and this particular problem. He told me that my service included rotation of my tires and if I was still having this problem, I should make an appointment with them and they would check it out. He gave me the web site that so that I could go online and make an appointment, He was very helpful, courteous and patient while taking care of my concerns. I was very happy with the service and how efficient and promptly I was able to get my car serviced and on my way. More

Great service We took our Prius in for a recall of side air bags. We thought that it would take 2 to 4 hours to repair. We had decided to return the next day to pick it up. Since they were aware that we lived 60 miles from the dealership, they jumped on it and had it finished in less than 2 hours. We didn't need to make another 120 mile round trip. Thank you. More
