Service writer Rob called me first thing Friday morning to discuss the after hours note regarding my vehicle in need of repair. Rob was able to provide the type of repairs required with an estimate within to discuss the after hours note regarding my vehicle in need of repair. Rob was able to provide the type of repairs required with an estimate within a few hours and worked my vehicle in for repairs. To my surprise, Rob called before 5:00 PM that day and stated my vehicle is ready for pick up. Rob displayed empathy for my situation, was courteous and professional. I drive 35 miles to have my vehicle worked on so I get there a little early to be sure I don’t run into any delays. I had an appointment at 8:30 for an Oil change, and arrived at 8:10, I finally got check there a little early to be sure I don’t run into any delays. I had an appointment at 8:30 for an Oil change, and arrived at 8:10, I finally got checked at 8:16 and Robert Silva the service tech asked if we were going to be waiting and I told him we were. I had 58548 miles on my vehicle and Silva gave me an estimate for the 60,000 mile check up, I told him I would have to wait until the next Oil change at 63,000 miles because I don’t have the $2300 right now. About an hour later I checked with Silva about the car and he told me it’s an hour and a half appointment to change the oil and would contact me as soon as it was done. I was expecting the oil change to take maybe 30 or 40 minutes but I didn’t get out of there until 10:16. I looked outside at 10:08 and saw my car in the front lot, I don’t know how long it had been sitting there but Silva was no where to be seen. I approached the Female Service adviser at the next desk. She found the paperwork and and checked us out. I am a little upset with the service and if We hadn’t bought the Warranty for the oil changes I probably wouldn’t bring my car back. Next time I will drop it off and pick it up when I get a ride. More

I made an online express lube appointment. Apparently, it made it for an incorrect time at 1600 hours.
