I am on my 4th 4runner because second one saved my life in a horrific rollover accident on the freeway. Took my first 4runner to Capitol Toyota in San Jose for an oil change. They are only concerned about the quantity of vehicles they can get in and out, as opposed to quality of work and forgot to put oil back into my 4runner. When I broke down 2 blocks from the dealer, they tried to blame me. A new engine later and even bad-mouthed by their rental car people, got my vehicle back. So happy to have a dealership like Lithia that I can depend on for quality work!!! More

I have always owned a Toyota truck I will never buy another one as long as I live so because Toyota was to cheap to fix leaf they will loose $50,000 to $100,000 from me not buying one or two more trucks! Consistently Polite and Excellent In 16 years of using Lithia Toyota for service - all out oil changes and service, typically for two vehicles - we have always had positive experiences In 16 years of using Lithia Toyota for service - all out oil changes and service, typically for two vehicles - we have always had positive experiences. That's about 150 appointments, including those challenging repairs or maintenance items that are costly. I vaguely recall one incident that was less than exceptional, and that one was not bad at all (which is why I don't even recall details). What I do recall for the other 149 are oil changes that happen within the promised time, usually very fast. I recall lots of laughter and joking around with people who seemed to love their jobs. I recall extra service when needed regrind little things like windshield wipers, or a key FOB batter like last time. I have been to every site I know of to rate Lithia Toyota of Redding top notch. I rated price as 4 stars. In straight comparison, Lithia can be beaten on price. So why do we keep going there? Because they diagnose a problem the first time, saving me time (and probably money; I have experienced the fumbling of other service centers). Only a fool purchases vehicle repairs and maintenance based solely on price. You often get what you pay for! More
