Our relationship with the Lithia Toyota service department began at some point after 2005 when we first brought our Sequoia in for service. We had the amazing luck to experience Mark in your service department. I don’t like car problems and I don’t easily trust what I consider salesmen. I’ve had a couple of dishonest experiences and wondered if, as a woman, I’d ever be treated with sincerity and respect. Mark experienced me in a minor freak out the first time or two I was in and he was very kind and honest and respectful and helpful. His communication with me has been impeccable- he means what he says and that’s everything. And he has remained so every single time we are in. If it weren’t for Mark, we wouldn’t have continued to bring our car in. That said, his efforts with me have made me feel comfortable and I don’t NEED to see Mark every time lol. Francisco (I was sad when he left) and Sal have also been amazing. More
I had scheduled an oil change for my 2013 Toyota Highlander and they were prompt in doing the work and had me out of there in about one hour. I was disappointed today when I discovered a white residue around the drivers door handle in the groove on my new Tacoma a day after having the paint sealed and the new truck detailed. Along with this residue the windows had a hazy appearance that I noticed in the sunlight. I had no problems with buying this vehicle. The sale was no pressure. Before I was finished with breakfast I received a call from Brad and he said my truck was ready... It was something simple causing me the concern, the service tech also checked everything out to make sure I could get home safely... I was expecting to pay for their time but my bill was zero... Wow what great customer service... Something you don't see much these days... Thank you all for you great service and care for the customer... James More
