I like Lithia however I've had a few mishaps in the service department. The first time being they pinched a gasket while changing my oil and oiled sprayed all over my motor. They wanted me to pay to ha service department. The first time being they pinched a gasket while changing my oil and oiled sprayed all over my motor. They wanted me to pay to have it towed back there after I refused to drive it back. I threw a fit and they towed it finally. The second time was just the last time I took it in. They left greasy hand prints all over my hood. Ugh!! The sales department is awesome. I've had nothing but great experiences buying vehicles from them. More

Lithia Toyota has been A-1 since I bought this car in 2014. The buying experience was great and the service department has been great, especially with the lifetime oil change program. Service personnel where excellent but after making an appointment I had a 5 hour wait. My service I went in for was about an hour then I was told I needed new tires and they had them in stock. They told appointment I had a 5 hour wait. My service I went in for was about an hour then I was told I needed new tires and they had them in stock. They told me it would take a little while. Ok put them on I will wait. I guess it was my fault not asking how long a little was. 4 more hours and I was done. Lol. Still like their service but will definitely ask more questions next time More
