Things have really improved since our oil change 4 months ago which took 3 hours even though we had an appointment. This time, though we made the appointment 8 weeks ago and this was the earliest opening, it ago which took 3 hours even though we had an appointment. Had to wait 4 hours and 45 minutes to get an oil change because I didn’t have an appointment. Totally unacceptable. Last time I had an appointment and it still took over two hours. I would't buy anything but a Toyota. My last five cars have been purchased here in Redding as I live here. I wasn't aware I was due for the 30,000 mile tune up so it took longer than a normal oil and lube service. If I had realized my appointment was going to take longer than normal I would have made the appointment on a different day. It was a concern once I got there but he took care of it. More
