Bruce the ( acting service manager) is a jerk!! He is rude and does not seem to care about the customer. I have some cosmetic things going on with my truck (not my fault) and he starts raising his voice rude and does not seem to care about the customer. I have some cosmetic things going on with my truck (not my fault) and he starts raising his voice at me while customers are staring at me like I did something wrong. I'm sorry but they are not making my truck payment and if something goes wrong then I want it fixed!! I have had 2 letters off of my tailgate inserts start coming off I (toyota charges 150 for those stupid things so you xxxx right i want them replaced) also had a door pannel issue. Bruce tells me i am red flagged with toyota ( again like i did something wrong) i was also shamed because I didn't buy my truck from their dealership but I want it fixed there..redding doesnt have another option and they are aware of it ... what kind of grief am I going to get for when I take it in for its 10,000 mile oil change? The old service manager was amazing!! Bruce should be let go....and if he wants to make my truck payment he can have a say with what I want done under warranty. More
Although, it’s hard to get a hold of, the service department got me in the following day. They did the 15K service on my 21 Tacoma. In a very short amount of time!. I had to wait over a month to get my appointment, however in addition to my oil change and the other checks that are included in my Lifetime Oil Program they were able to replace my headlights - one of which in addition to my oil change and the other checks that are included in my Lifetime Oil Program they were able to replace my headlights - one of which was burned out - in less than hour. Employees are courteous and helpful. More

Last time I waited 4 hours for an oil change.Just tried to make appt - 2 months out. Even though I have lifetime oil change I will be going elsewhere from now on. I’ve been a customer since 2007.
