Of ALL the auto service departments I have used - - - Lithia Toyota is (far and away) the best. Great service writers, like Mark Hunt, make the experience so much easier. The service manager, Bruce Wren, runs a great crew of journeymen repair personnel and my cars have always been serviced on time and at moderate cost. Kudos also to: Sal, David, Keri, Shelby, Joe, Pete, Jessie, Michael and Lloyd. These men and women have either written up my service order, delivered my car in and out of the service area or dropped me off/picked me up at my home (on longer appointments). Great Company, Great Staff = Happy Customer!!!!!!!! More
