There was a safety/recall issue with the vehicle that has to be dealt with before I could purchase it, but Chris kept me updated about the process and when the vehicle was ready for purchase the process when quickly and smoothly. I really appreciated the communication through the whole process. I felt taken care of and did not feel any pressure with Chris's time--even though this was not a top-dollar new vehicle.
