They were really busy BUT provided us with immediate and effective attention. Mike Nightingale was the Service Advisor who looked after us. Refreshing! This was our second time visiting this dealership. Knowing we wanted to buy a new Toyota but being unsure of exactly which one we did not want to be This was our second time visiting this dealership. Knowing we wanted to buy a new Toyota but being unsure of exactly which one we did not want to be pressured or 'guided' towards any one model in particular. We were 'window shopping'. When we first walked on the lot we were asked if we needed help, no thank you, then left to wander the lot browsing the cars, not being pestered or pressured. This in itself was wonderful. When we had a question or wanted a car opened up to look at it was easy to find a salesman to help us. In this case it was Mike Gerosin and he was a perfect 'fit' for us. Hanging back, answering questions, not pressuring us in any way. He's very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to be able to shop cars without being hammered by the usual questions, "What is your budget? How much do you want to spend a month in payments? What are you looking for?" and so on.
