Takata Air Bag Recall Repair & Oil Change. Although the repair took longer than expected, I realize an air bag replacement is probably difficult. If this had happened once I could understand, but it happened again, today, for a third time. I want to like you and trust you, you seem like a good person, but I don't understand how this could happen three times in a row. Today they didn't have any record of the car trouble which I explained to you in great detail, nor any record that we even spoke, including the 9:30 appointment that you told me you scheduled. I wasn't 100% sure what car specifically I wanted but they really helped me narrow my decision down to the Toyota Corolla! After test driving a 2014 Toyota Corolla I realized I feel in love with the 2014 Toyota Corolla Sport, even though it was a little out of my budget. Jeff was so considerate reminding me that I may be pushing my budget but he and Logan worked with me to make sure my payments were affordable and a deal my parents nor I could walk away from. They had patience while we figured out payments and warranty plans.
