Dee Dee was awesome! First off, let me say this was a much more delightful and shorter experience than I had imagined. My husband and I went in looking for a used car and First off, let me say this was a much more delightful and shorter experience than I had imagined. My husband and I went in looking for a used car and Dee Dee was very personable, not at all pushy like salesmen can be and helped us find the car we wanted for the price we wanted. She made everything very simple and we really appreciated her easy going, very personable attitude! It was a very easy and quick transaction! Love my new car! The only reason I don't give the dealership 5 stars is because when we got home we realized that the car was missing the stem valves on 3 tires and 2 bolts were missing under the hood! Not a huge deal, but we are hoping the rest of their inspections were more in depth. Thanks Dee Dee, too bad the service dept isn't as great as you are! More
