This is how purchasing a vehicle should be done! I went into Lithia Toyota in Redding, CA to get my 2008 Tundra serviced. While I waited, I had the chance to peruse some of their new inventory and co I went into Lithia Toyota in Redding, CA to get my 2008 Tundra serviced. While I waited, I had the chance to peruse some of their new inventory and couldn't help but notice how sharp the 2020 Corrolla Hybrid looked. Mike Hamilton, one of the Sales Representatives, walked up and introduced himself. He asked me if I was interested in doing a trade-in for it but I kind of shrugged it off thinking there would be no way he could get me into this brand new car. Mike didn't blink. He got my info, made calls, crunched numbers and worked his magic, all the while reassuring me that the deal was going to get done and I would be driving away in my brand new 2020 Corrolla Hybrid that day. He was friendly, personable, genuine, professional and never once pressured me to buy. This is how purchasing a vehicle should be done. Hammy went well above exceptional! I was on my way to the dealership to look at new Toyota's and wrecked the Solara I was driving. Had car towed to dealership and talked to Hammy.
