My day started with a phone call to Tracy informing her I wanted to start looking at vehicles for a future purchase. Tracy introduced me to Ray who made my experience purchasing my truck beyond amazing. I im wanted to start looking at vehicles for a future purchase. I live in Chico but am so thankful I made the trip to Redding. Tracy was amazing guiding me through the process of financing and her knowledge and expertise were appreciated. Tracy set up a future appointment for me which was so convenient. After completing all the paperwork Tracy walked me back to meet with Ray who had the truck waiting for me. Ray took the extra time to go over features in the truck, selected radio stations, connected my phone and even suggested a picture which he took. This company is blessed to have these two amazing employees working for them. I can not say enough great things about my experience.
