To any potential buyer,I recently purchased a 2019 To any potential buyer, I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Corolla from Lithia Toyota in Redding California and I would like to share my experience To any potential buyer, I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Corolla from Lithia Toyota in Redding California and I would like to share my experiences. I reached out to Lithia with my parameters in looking to buy a car for my wife's birthday. (November 14th) I was contacted, in a timely manner, by Trevor Robertson. A day or so later we arrived and from the moment we stepped onto the parking lot, our needs were accommodated very well, down to the very attention in something as simple or as overlooked as the lighting in the lot, the cleanliness of the showroom floor or the available vending machines and children's playroom. There was not a single moment that my family and I did not feel welcomed. Trevor greeted my family and I out front and after a few exchanges in pleasantries, Trevor walked us through three potential cars of our interests. Let me just say that, if you have any interest whatsoever in purchasing a Toyota, and are even the slightest bit hesitant or overwhelmed with the stereotype or cliche of a traditional salesman, take a deep breath, clear what you think you know or have experienced, and give yourself 60 seconds to speak with Trevor Robertson. I have never, in all of my years, made a purchase of anything, let alone a car, where the sales side spoke WITH me, not TO me. Trevor was patient, professional and polite. Being that this was a birthday gift for my wife and a family car with our children's safety in mind, Trevor did not leave a single stone unturned when it came to detailed facts based on the three cars we were considering. I am overly meticulous, so much to the point that it can be annoying. (Like this excessively detailed review, haha) Trevor answered my every concern with relative and useful information regarding the vehicles history, it's condition and his own personal experiences with similar vehicles. At one point he solidified his measure of integrity by saying to us "I'm not interested in putting you in a car that I myself wouldnt drive." I cannot stress the amount of patience and absolutely genuine positivity in Trevor's professional character, even to the point that he worked well over his scheduled hours to help us make a satisfactory purchase. He was courteous to our needs and limitations and we were able to come to an agreement that we could both be happy with. Toyota should consider themselves fortunate to have the capture of his services. After some very detailed research and multiple test drives. My wife picked the car that she wanted and fell in love with her new birthday present. It should also be noted that everyone, and I mean everyone, demonstrated a very healthy code of ethics in respecting covid-19 practices such as face masks and personal distancing at Lithia. Only demonstrating their professionalism further and exceeding our expectations. After meeting with Duane Gazzigli in finance, who also worked well into the late hours with us, Duane demonstrated some critical elements in our purchase regarding the Toyota certified pre-owned warranty and the benefits of gap insurance. I was truly impressed with how confident Duane instilled a sense of humanity in what we were buying, aside of the car itself. I did not feel pressured in any way and was only presented available options and their benefits. I surprisingly felt all the more comfortable with that sense of trustworthiness and reassurance having Duane explain it to me. Duane was very well rounded in how he conducted himself. He made the paperwork portion look easy, the numbers came together beautifully and the finalization process was effortless thanks to his professional abilities in managing the necessary steps. In conclusion, I am confident and thankful in stating that my family's experience with Lithia Toyota Redding was surprisingly pleasant. They even humored us in my request for the Big Bow on the hood of the car for a family picture with our new-to-us Toyota! It was wholeheartedly an unexpected breath of fresh air, especially during this challenging and relatively unpleasant time in 2020, Trevor, Duane and Lithia Toyota in Redding, reminded us that buying a car can still be a very comfortable and unexpectedly fun experience. Allow them the opportunity to serve you and you wont be disappointed. It was a wonderful time, one that my family and I will never forget. Our relationship with the Lithia Toyota service department began at some point after 2005 when we first brought our Sequoia in for service. We had the amazing luck to experience Mark in your service department. I don’t like car problems and I don’t easily trust what I consider salesmen. I’ve had a couple of dishonest experiences and wondered if, as a woman, I’d ever be treated with sincerity and respect. Mark experienced me in a minor freak out the first time or two I was in and he was very kind and honest and respectful and helpful. His communication with me has been impeccable- he means what he says and that’s everything. And he has remained so every single time we are in. If it weren’t for Mark, we wouldn’t have continued to bring our car in. That said, his efforts with me have made me feel comfortable and I don’t NEED to see Mark every time lol. Francisco (I was sad when he left) and Sal have also been amazing. More
