Not courteous made me and my son feel like he was less than pleased to help us. Never introduced himself even after I introduced my son any myself. Very rude when we couldn't make a deal and I decided to leave it was an awkward silence with no "thanks for coming in" or "have a nice day" just awful. Service writer Rob called me first thing Friday morning to discuss the after hours note regarding my vehicle in need of repair. Rob was able to provide the type of repairs required with an estimate within to discuss the after hours note regarding my vehicle in need of repair. We just bought a new a Sienna from Lithia Toyota of Redding and it was by far, the best experience we've ever had buying a vehicle. The staff was friendly, professional and very efficient. They found the car we wanted and without any haggling, gave a price that was fair to everyone. Their price was thousands less than the ridiculous markups that Roseville Toyota wanted for the same car. Charles Rueber was our salesman, Mike Hageman handled financing, and Jason Beeman is the Sales Manager. If I ever buy another Toyota, I'll be coming to this team to get it.
