Oil Change appointment Nov. 16, 2020. It was a nice warm day. It would of been nice to have chairs outside to help prevent the Covid Virus. So I asked the Service advisor to rotate the tires front to back (No Spare tire). Service advisor said there would be a charge of $15.50. I felt this was unfair as the already had the wheels off. I agreed to the $15.50 but felt it was not professional to charge for this service. More
