I came in with low tire pressure for the second time. I was told they would have to check the tire, and in doing so found a small nail, repaired the tire, and I was on my way. We just had an oil change. They are supposed to do an inspection with this service. They told us our tires would be good till spring, they are balding. Oil Change appointment Nov. 16, 2020. It was a nice warm day. It would of been nice to have chairs outside to help prevent the Covid Virus. My appointment was for a Oil Change Service and a brake inspectio day. It would of been nice to have chairs outside to help prevent the Covid Virus. My appointment was for a Oil Change Service and a brake inspection. Took me 5 weeks to get an appointment. During the brake inspection, they had the wheels off. So I asked the Service advisor to rotate the tires front to back (No Spare tire). Service advisor said there would be a charge of $15.50. I felt this was unfair as the already had the wheels off. I agreed to the $15.50 but felt it was not professional to charge for this service. More
