I have purchased and leased 4 vehicles from here. Service has always been great. However this last visit I new I needed new tires, even though I only had 23,322 miles on the new Toyota Tundra I had purchase has always been great. However this last visit I new I needed new tires, even though I only had 23,322 miles on the new Toyota Tundra I had purchased in July of 2016. That's ridiculous considering I usually get 50,000 miles at least on new tires. So I asked them to get a quote for new tires while I was getting my service. When done with the service, they said there were no tires listed for my vehicle. I had been doing research on tires because of the low mileage wear on the tires and figured there might be a problem with the tires installed originally. This is not the dealers fault as on the door frame it listed the tires but they are not for a Tundra. Again, not the dealer fault but the manufacturing fault. Still dealing with it. As a young couple, we were hesitant to go to a dealership right away, due to the things you hear about pushy salesman and such, and we could not have been luckier to have the wonderful experience we did working with Kris. He was NOT PUSHY AT ALL. In fact we had a very limited budget and our credit isn’t the best after this past year, and he was incredibly understanding and going the extra mile to help us out getting this vehicle! No regrets. We are super happy with our vehicle and the experience we had here and working with our wonderful salesman Kris W. Would give him a 10 star rating if there was the option to. He even left us with a full tank of gas. ☺️ As for the financing, we worked with Duane and he was just as incredible and we felt he was truly looking out for us and giving us the best advice, you can tell he really cares about his client and their best interest when buying.
