We we traveling from Central coast CA to Portland, OR when we experience car trouble (brakes, rotor) in Redding. Lithia Toyota said they were backed up for two weeks but made room for us the next day! SO when we experience car trouble (brakes, rotor) in Redding. Booker gave me wrong info. Happy Valley. High Fire. I asked if I needed to remove my evac. stuff. She said no. 6/23/21 got evac call 15 min. after I got home. Had to rearrange disrupted evac supplies so asked if I needed to remove my evac. stuff. She said no. 6/23/21 got evac call 15 min. after I got home. Mike Hageman sold me a Venza LE at the price he quoted over the phone, and he held the car for a couple of hours for me the day before I could get to Lithia so I could sleep without worrying about losing over the phone, and he held the car for a couple of hours for me the day before I could get to Lithia so I could sleep without worrying about losing the car that evening. In and out in two hours, a good experience with both Casey Hedrick in finance and Mike in sales, and an Enterprise across the street so I could drop off my rental. It was worth the three hour drive from Placerville and I am super happy with the Venza. More
