Showed up to the dealer 30 minutes before they opened and the kid checking in the cars tagged cars out of order and had to wait three hours for my oil change. More

Although I appreciate your response, I sincerely hope you will not see us again at Lithia Toyota since we live in both Santa Cruz, CA and Portland, OR and travel through Redding to those destinations. But it is good to know you are there! :)
