I like Lithia however I've had a few mishaps in the service department. The first time being they pinched a gasket while changing my oil and oiled sprayed all over my motor. They wanted me to pay to ha service department. The first time being they pinched a gasket while changing my oil and oiled sprayed all over my motor. They wanted me to pay to have it towed back there after I refused to drive it back. I threw a fit and they towed it finally. The second time was just the last time I took it in. They left greasy hand prints all over my hood. Ugh!! The sales department is awesome. I've had nothing but great experiences buying vehicles from them. More
