We brought our Tundra in for work because someone had stolen our catalytic converter. Robert and the service provider in parts were very efficient and helpful. Getting in for the lifetime oil change has been a challenge my last two times. Previously, I stopped by 4 separate times trying to get in and finally did on the 4th try. This time I stopped by on Saturday around 9:30 am and was told they weren't taking walk-ins to try coming next time at 6:30am since they open at 7. The following Monday I called & left a message. Today is Wednesday & I still have not received a call back. I went on-line 8/31/21 to schedule and the next available appointment is Nov.6. I guess I need to try and calculate when I'll meet my mileage in advance so I can schedule 3 months ahead of time, each time. Heading out to pay for an oil change somewhere else. More
