I came in looking for a used sienna and through the due diligence and hard work of my salesman, Rob Howard, I was able to find my dream car! I’m only wishing I could drive it home today, though the service diligence and hard work of my salesman, Rob Howard, I was able to find my dream car! I’m only wishing I could drive it home today, though the service department is backed up due to volume of used inventory. I have to wait a few days to drive it home. I still have a perma-smile on my face due to the excellent customer service on Rob’s behalf. I do know if he had the power to get this ready to drive out for me today, he would. Thank you Rob! More

Things have really improved since our oil change 4 months ago which took 3 hours even though we had an appointment. This time, though we made the appointment 8 weeks ago and this was the earliest opening, it ago which took 3 hours even though we had an appointment. This time, though we made the appointment 8 weeks ago and this was the earliest opening, it only took about 1 hour! Much happier with this? More

Had to wait 4 hours and 45 minutes to get an oil change because I didn’t have an appointment. Totally unacceptable. Last time I had an appointment and it still took over two hours. So tired of the excuses because I didn’t have an appointment. Totally unacceptable. Last time I had an appointment and it still took over two hours. So tired of the excuses because being short staffed. Staff is inexperienced and waiting room is dated with old, worn furniture. Overall experience was pathetic. Only go there because of lifetime oil changes, otherwise I wouldn’t. More
