I was charged for service I did not authorize. I ordered parts which I was picking up to install myself. When I picked up my car I was told you had installed the parts and charged me $40.00 for th I ordered parts which I was picking up to install myself. My car came in for a recall and that was all you were supposed to do was to take care of the recall issue. More

Started with Kris and ended up being assisted by Chris. Helpful and patient through out the process. Insisted on holding the vehicle until I was able to view it and eventually purchase it.
