I was charged for service I did not authorize. I ordered parts which I was picking up to install myself. When I picked up my car I was told you had installed the parts and charged me $40.00 for th I ordered parts which I was picking up to install myself. My car came in for a recall and that was all you were supposed to do was to take care of the recall issue. More
