Bought a certified pre-owned Lexus from the dealership. 3 days later I found out that they had covered up body damage. I contacted the sales manager Jason Beeman. He was incredibly defensive and insulting 3 days later I found out that they had covered up body damage. I contacted the sales manager Jason Beeman. He was incredibly defensive and insulting by the end of the conversation after I asked him to please speak to me with respect he told me I could come down there and talk to him face to face insinuating a physical confrontation. I have never and all of my life experienced anybody management or not with this type of disposition. The issue I was told will not be resolved by the dealership so I was forced to contact a dealership fraud attorney. Worst experience I've ever had. More

As we had a disagreement we decided we wanted to leave and she called our salesman and told him to get us out of her office please. We were about to leave the lot and Mike reached out to us and got us into the car that we came to buy for a great deal. Tristan was our final finance guy and he was absolutley great.
