Everything was explained to me concisely! Obviously Lithia Toyota of Redding's tactics are to lie as much as they need to to sell a vehicle then later blame everything on miscommunication. Bull Hockey! That doesn't float with me. You can be a big help if you really do feel bad by advising me as to how I can get a full refund of my purchase price of the lifetime oil changes. I will be waiting for your response here so people can see if you do really care.
