Tim, one of the salesmen there helped me through the process and I was able to get a car I love from there for a price that is very competitive. I knew it was going to take a while instead of watching the overheated customers fidgeting I decided to take a walk and go down to Jeff's Cattle Co. for breakfast. By the time I returned it wasn't long before my Highlander was out of Service and back in my hands again. Your guys were handling the customers very well. They are so courteous and patient. I love the used car I bought, but do wish I had taken a bit more time to have some of these questions answered. More
Couldn't be more grateful When I noticed the mysterious noise coming from my car I'll be honest, the last place I wanted to take it to was the dealership because I was afraid I When I noticed the mysterious noise coming from my car I'll be honest, the last place I wanted to take it to was the dealership because I was afraid I would be overcharged for something I didn't really need done. I even looked into an "honest" local mechanic recommended by a friend to compare prices, but ended up being ignored and forgotten about and never received a call back from them. Not to sound cliche, but I'm really glad I didn't! When I dropped my car off at 830 am, I was given a quote from Mark for 3 hours worth of work and was already worried about the quote, but was told it probably wouldn't take that long and was an overshot basically. Well 3 and a half hours went by and I still hadn't heard anything so I called and found out that Nick, one of their best mechanics, was having a hard time pinpointing the problem and was asked if I could come and take a test drive to see if we were hearing the same noise. When I got there, Nick was working on some things that he thought might be contributing to the issue, then we took it for a drive. Of course, the noise was no longer there, as mysterious noises usually aren't, but Nick reassured me he didn't find anything alarming that I should worry about. Except for a way overdue oil change. He set me up to get that done and at about 2 pm I was given my invoice. I was told I was way over my quote, but an exact amount was unclear at the time and was asked if could pay over the phone. I can't speak for everyone, but I think most people would be irritated about not getting their car back in the expected amount of time and not knowing how much they would be in debt for a silly mysterious noise. But after speaking with Nick and reading over my extensive invoice, it was obvious that he had clearly gone way above and beyond to figure this thing out. Even if the noise came back, I was confident in his work and didn't even care how much it was going to cost me. However, when I did receive the phone call to pay, I thought I was going to cry. I was not overcharged one single bit. I wish there was more I could do to show my gratitude other than writing this review, but I definitely want Nick to be recognized for being so relentless and thorough and this location for being the most honest, kind, and professional dealership I've ever encountered. I always get my oil changed here (the lube staff is also always incredibly kind and helpful), but now there is no doubt I will always come here for any of my car needs. More

I took my Toyota Tundra in for it's 6 month service. It had 3,500 miles on it. I was told that I had to wait until my truck had 5,000 miles on it even though the owners manual specifically states that " It had 3,500 miles on it. I was told that I had to wait until my truck had 5,000 miles on it even though the owners manual specifically states that "if after 6 months take your toyota in to get serviced, Don't wait for 5,000 miles. Additionally, I bought the lifetime oil changes that was guaranteed to be done every 3 months or 3,000 miles, They said they wouldn't do it until 10,000 miles. I know it is recommended to be done every 10,000 miles, but I purchased the lifetime oil changes because I didn't want to wait that long. Obviously a Breach of Contract. I called to have my Tundra towed out of the mud and was told that it was going to cost me $100. When I purchased it I was told it didn't matter where I was they would tow it, bring me gas, give me a jump, fix a flat at no charge to me, "That is toyota care" Toyota said they were wrong and said they aren't responsible. I disagree, Toyota should be held responsible to make sure their dealers do what they are supposed to do. This dealership diliberatly lies to get you to buy a vehicle and then latter it's up to you to sue! I WILL BE SUING! Drive to sacramento or somewhere else to buy your toyota. It will be worth it. If you buy from Lithia Toyota of Redding document everything you are told. You will need it when you have to sue later on down the road. More
I paid $1500 more than I should have, the car was supposed to be detailed before pick up. It was filthy, glue on dash, gum on door runner, spill spots throughout, I received the car in the dark and s supposed to be detailed before pick up. It was filthy, glue on dash, gum on door runner, spill spots throughout, I received the car in the dark and saw all of this the next morning. I had to have my mechanic fix the cigarette lighters as they were not plugged in, half of the interior fuses were missing, and the engine compartment had to be cleaned to remove fire extinguisher fluid left near the battery and at the base of the engine. This caused the battery to have to be disconnected and when reconnected the car ran really rough. The injector ports had to be cleaned and they rest the computer to fix it. My mechanic said someone probably dropped a wrench and sparked a fire near the battery it appears they put it out right away, he removed the melted wire cover and did not see any other damage. I had seen the melted clip next to the battery, and the messy condition of the car when I initially looked over the car. The sales lady said they would have the car detailed. I expected the detaier to fix all the interior issues and to buff and wax the exterior prior to delivery. Wrong assumption and picking the car up in the dark with a long drive home through a snow storm did not help, I was anxious to hit the road and try to beat the storm. I complained and canceled the protection plan. I do not trust their mechanics, detailer, or parts at this point. I was sold a cargo mat that does not fit the car I returned it and they told me no carpet mat was available for the cargo area. I purchased one from Medford Toyota. The only one who appeared honest was the finance guy. However he failed to even try to resolve my issues. I work in retail and unsatisfied customers can kill a business. I expected a free complete detail offer to try and regain my trust, but he just said sorry and claimed to have informed the manager of the dealership. I am VERY DISSATISFIED. I have purchased private party vehicles that were cleaner. I have spent over $800 on repairs to fix the issues with this car and I still need to have it detailed and scotch-guarded, and replace the center console. The car runs good now but I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I have had many Toyota vehicles and I like them. But this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I have purchased 7 used vehicles from dealerships and none of them were this dishonest. They have no concern for their customers or their reputation. They will continue to defraud customers with no remorse. More
