Poor Customer Service I bought a 2015 Toyota Camry from Lithia Toyota of Redding two months ago. Last week I noticed mold on the inside of the plastic shield that protects I bought a 2015 Toyota Camry from Lithia Toyota of Redding two months ago. Last week I noticed mold on the inside of the plastic shield that protects the speedometer and other components. When I brought it into auto repair, Bruce told me that it was a cleaner that I used and said it is rough on the outside (it's not, at all). He stated that his manager, Bruce, is only in Mondays and needs to approve it before any work can be done. Not only did he not offer to set up an appointment, he was rude, condescending, and blamed the issue on a cleaning supply (I haven't cleaned it with anything). Needless to say, if you have an issue with mold, in your brand new car, don't take it on a day that Bruce is working. If I'd have known that the customer service was so poor, I would have thought twice about buying a new car from this company. More

Excellent customer service I went in for a regular maintenance service on 10/28/15 and had the fortune of getting excellent customer service from one of the service advisors Fr I went in for a regular maintenance service on 10/28/15 and had the fortune of getting excellent customer service from one of the service advisors Francisco Martinez-Garcia. This guy had genuine interest and friendly attitude to me, he listened about my car broken turn signal light and dislodged fog light, he even took time away from behind his busy desk, went out with me to my car, assessed the problem, made recommendations, even discussed with me modes of payment, ordered the parts, gave a date to return for the repairs, and on that date the parts were all ready, took in my car and had it fixed in less than the estimated time. But what I totally appreciate about Francisco is his genuine and very friendly concern and a big smile. I hope every time I go in for service here I will meet and be served by Francisco, it is just plain good experience. Thank you Francisco and God bless. Stephen Runyora. More
