I made an appointment for lube, oil, tire rotation, but showed up a couple hours early figuring to take the shuttle back to work to pick up my car at the end of the work day. The service rep, David, called the shuttle driver and told me he was 20 minutes away, said he thought I could just wait.... Sure enough, my car was ready shortly after my "ride" was, and I was back to work in less than an hour. Their newly remodeled showroom includes the service waiting area and is the most comfortable I have ever seen.... no more claustrophobic small room with hard seats, TV blaring a show nobody is watching, but a nice wide open, airy space with comfortable seats, magazines and newspapers, and no noise! Thanks Lithia! More
