Firstly, I got an excellent deal on the car I did decide on- a 2016 Toyota Corolla-, secondly, the employees at this particular location were nothing but helpful, friendly, and happy to get me the best deal possible! I worked shortly with Adam who was excellent and helped me with test driving my car. I worked the remainder of my time at the dealership with DeeDee. She worked incredibly hard to take advantage of every deal and promotion that I could possibly get and she did so fabulously! I signed papers with Adam and he made the abundance of paperwork quick and pain free! The manager of Lithia came out to congratulate me on my new car before I left; I thought this was a neat finishing touch to the already wonderful experience. I can really only say positive things about this particular Toyota dealer and its people! If you are in the market for a Toyota (currently loving my new car!) and appreciate genuinely helpful and kind people this is the place to take your business! Highly recommend- 5 stars! More

So glad I did for they showed me where rodents had been climbing under hood to keep warm and told me ways to keep them from causing damage to my car. Thank You so much I think his name was Sal, but not positive. David however just gave me paperwork for oil change not for my inside air filter being changed out. I used a credit card and didn't get the exact amount so wasn't sure how much I paid. Overall everything else went great. David also offered me lifetime oil changes for as long as I own my car which is a Rav 4, 2011. My husband and I are deciding on that before next oil change. More
