Fantastic service. Way more than we expect. Yaay. Everyone was wonderful, starting with Sal who oversaw everything from taking car in for routine check to finding a huge mouse nest in air filter. Great Sales Approach/Great Price The salesman who helped me (Wes) had a very laid back approach. He didn't hound me with phone calls and he didn't try to talk me into leasing a vehicl The salesman who helped me (Wes) had a very laid back approach. He didn't hound me with phone calls and he didn't try to talk me into leasing a vehicle, which we all know is a big joke. He took me on some test drives, then gave me a brochure with the numbers I needed to analyze. That's it. When I went back to buy my car, I was pleasantly surprised to find out the price had been reduced by another $1000. I was satisfied with the price and didn't feel the need to negotiate it down. All I did ask for was a cargo net to be included. When the dealer declined my request, Wes stepped in and bought it for me. What a champ! More
