The service department st Lithia Toyota in Redding California is absolutely 💯 horrible and the employees are very unprofessional! I lease a camry from there and also purchased the extra lifetime oil California is absolutely 💯 horrible and the employees are very unprofessional! I lease a camry from there and also purchased the extra lifetime oil change option. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change at 11:50 am and was never contacted to pick it back up and saying that it was completed. When I attempted to call to check on my car at least 7 times no one would answer. I finally went to the service department st 5:00pm and my car had just been started to be worked on and on the lift. When I went in the office the employee at the service desk was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I would like Chris Millard the service manager to contact me as soon as he is available. I would like to cancel my lifetime oil change option and receive a refund for services not provided, gas wasted (due to living out of town), 5 hours of my day completed wasted, and having to cancel my weekend plans due to the work that was not done but having my car foe 5 hours. I so not recommend this service department to anyone!!! More

The salesman Michael Gerosin is very rude and pushy and I would never buy anything from him not to mention how very unprofessional he was.
