Bought (3) new Toyotas for a total of just less than $200k. First oil change car #1 the skid plate under the oil drain bolt was left loose and partially came off. Car #2 the front license plate holder h $200k. First oil change car #1 the skid plate under the oil drain bolt was left loose and partially came off. Car #2 the front license plate holder had only 1 attached screw and started to fall off and the cargo rack cross bar screws were loose and vibrated loudly. Car #3 first oil change told one to two hours. Now the third hour and I’m told they haven’t started it and it will be another hour. Car#3 it has been 7 plus months and still not able to provide me a second key. We have owned many Toyotas and this above current list of issues will have me try another Toyota dealer in the future!! More

Today I bought my tenth car from Lithia, and my last, i won’t ever be going back, I am a Toyota fan so we use them for my business. Today I Looked at two cars one seemed very well priced(Toyota), and the o won’t ever be going back, I am a Toyota fan so we use them for my business. Today I Looked at two cars one seemed very well priced(Toyota), and the other was a Kia with a good price, the salesman kept saying someone else was looking at the Toyota because of its price better buy it today, blah blah blah all the normal sales guy junk I’m used to when you come here. Well after sitting for 20-30 minutes they decided that the price on the advertised on the window was “incorrect”. The “stupid lot kid” mislabeled it. Come on guys, I’m not a three year old, I’m a grown adult, and so are you why do we have to play these games? When we sat down to price both the cars, how did you not look at the exact screen you showed me with the higher price, why wait 20-30 minutes and lead me into the stupid four square sales deal. These sales tactics are cringey and honestly disgusting. I just want to come in and buy two cars without hearing all the lies. Please have some integrity in the future. It sucks because I love Toyotas, but I’ll be traveling to buy the next few or go to a local lot that doesn’t try and give you all the lies. STOP LYING!! Also, I did end up buying the Kia, got it in it and the tire light is on and it’s out of gas, not a huge deal honestly, but just made the experience that much better. LOL More

bought a 2014 gmc within days transmission started acting up.had it looked at at transmission shop said trans was bad.took it to lithia they said all they would do is 10% of labor.rob in service center said up.had it looked at at transmission shop said trans was bad.took it to lithia they said all they would do is 10% of labor.rob in service center said he could repair my truck for 3000.his boss okayed the price i put 500 down for work to start.then i get a call and rob said they couldnt do it for that price after all and cancelled down payment.pretty much said i was burnt.i was willing to work with them even split cost but they didnt want to help.also my trade in they said they could only give me 3500 next day they had it on lot for 11500.now i have a truck i cant drive until a come up with 6700 to fix only made 1 payment so far and owe over 30000.
