I had to write a review about David Moore because I was so amazed with his kindness and professionalism. I have been to many car lots and I have never met one as nice as him. He is very smart and knows exa so amazed with his kindness and professionalism. I have been to many car lots and I have never met one as nice as him. He is very smart and knows exactly what he is talking about when it comes to the cars. The way he took time out to explain everything was incredible. I would recommend him to anyone. I could tell that it was not just about the sales with him. He really cares about the people and everyone that came with me was very impressed with his knowledge and skills. I have never done this before but I had to acknowledge him because he deserves it. You all are blessed to have him there. More

This is the first time I have bought a Toyota, and I was impressed with the overall experience. The salesman JD, was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. The finance employee worked with us and provid impressed with the overall experience. The salesman JD, was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. The finance employee worked with us and provided many opportunities to explore. We engaged other employees there, and everyone greeted us with a smile. JD reviewed all the "bells and whistles" with us before we drove away. Again, a very pleasant experience, and we look forward to working with this dealership in the future. More

I am in the middle of doing business with Brian Crane, GSM w/ Lithia Scion/Toyota of Odessa. I have had a great experience, thus far, and don't see that changing any time soon. EVERY time I call, Brian AL GSM w/ Lithia Scion/Toyota of Odessa. I have had a great experience, thus far, and don't see that changing any time soon. EVERY time I call, Brian ALWAYS answers the phone, answers my questions and makes sure that I have everything I need in order to continue our business. He NEVER leaves me in the dark, ALWAYS answers my emails and I appreciate this more than most people understand. I work with car dealerships every day and all day, even on weekends, and in a world so wrought with lack of communication and accountability, BRAIN CRANE and Lithia Toyota/Scion of Odessa is more than a fresh breath of air for a guy like me. Thank you for always being there when we need you, Brian! I hope we have many more years of great experiences together, I'll send anyone in Odessa or neighboring cities to Brian Crane and Lithia Toyota/Scion of Odessa!!!!!!!! More
