Service department is a nightmare. Took my 2020 Corolla in May, 2022. I was told my vehicle was having a problem that numerous other vehicles were having. I was told it would take a Took my 2020 Corolla in May, 2022. I was told my vehicle was having a problem that numerous other vehicles were having. I was told it would take a long time to get part because demand was so high. When I called to check, no answer. Left several messages. Eventually went out to dealership 16 months later. Told that if it was same issue then it would be covered under warranty that had since expired. Called and told car was ready. Then given nearly $1,000 bill to pay. Told my warranty expired. Yes, yes, it has now 16 months later since part was never ordered. What a joke. More
