Yes, I expected as much. Put out a friendly helpful face on social media while stabbing their customers in the back and robbing them for things that were not authorized. If you have your vehicle serviced by Lithia and you go to pickup the vehicle, Lithia makes you sign a piece of paperwork about all of the things you brought your vehicle in to have repaired. They won't let you have your vehicle back until you sign it. That does NOT mean you have to go along with it. You can add anything you want to the paperwork you have to sign. I personally wrote that I was signing in protest because they would not return my vehicle without me signing. Crooks! I don't have to worry about people not coming to you because I have been told by many that I am NOT alone. You make it a practice of robbing people. I just wish I knew before I brought my vehicle in. You all do NOT want to help anyone. You just don't want the publicity that a complaint on a website brings nowadays.
