Took way too long. Had an appointment at 7:30 am Thursday, 8/11 got there @ 7:28 and there were several cars ahead of me. I waited for the part to come in-2 wks, no big deal. Diagnostic time 3 hrs, time to fix a 1 hour job (replacing O2 sensor) 4 hours, Coast $500 that is just insane! I was told after waiting 3.5 it would be another hour the mechanic was having a problem. I chose to take the shuttle home @ 11 am, at 1pm I recd a text they could not reach me.@ 11:43am this was when my car was done. And yet I got a text just fine! My phone was on, charger and I was able to text/talk to others so not sure why the Dealership could not get through?? I do not think the dealership tells it's customers the truth. I believe my car was just last in the priority. I would actually prefer them to say we told you it is a 1 hour job but there are 4 cars a head of you. I think the dealership bites off more than it can chew. If someone has an appointment there should not be 4 vehicles ahead of you with less bay space to work on the cars that are there. Instead they just make you well me, wait and it takes 1/2 day to get a 1 hour job completed. I do not like going to the dealership for this very reason. And they over charger. I feel I make a big mistake.Both my recent experiences were not very good. Sadly cuz I feel Toyota makes good cars. More

I was treated with respect, honesty and dignity. I didn't work with Scott because he wasn't feeling well. Steve was the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He didn't shove anything down my throat. My oil change too an entire work day, almost 8 hours to get my truck back. The second service appointment took just over 4 hours. I had to call for a check up on my vehicle's progress. Why did I have an appointment at 0800 hours if they were not ready to work on my vehicle. The work took 1 hour to complete!!! While I was checking out, I see my bill is way too high. I questioned the bill only to find the bill would had been cheaper if I went to a different Lithia dealership. I never received a quote for the work I needed done. If I known the amount I would have gone to a different dealership. The prices should have been matched at the very least. I suggest your team clears out their trash when they turn a vehicle back over to the customer. I will never come back to this dealership. I am sorry I ever left going to Dodge. More
