Service was good. When they said the car would be $3200 above MSRP, I was ok with that, but the total price ended up being a little over $6400 above MSRP. I had put down a down payment and waited 2 months for the car on order, so I still bought it. Recommendation; make sure you know total cost, don’t just assume the price on the sheet is what it is. I am an out of towner customer. I waited a little long for my tire service. There was no free water bottle for customers and I didnt see espresso machines. Said fuel pump was out, but fuel tank was empty. Sending unit was out . . . Almost $1,500 later... not happy. Car had dirty thresholds from dirty/greasy shoes of workmen. When picking up, was told your car is right there, pointing outside the window.... had to hunt for vehicle, around corner of building and clear across the lot. More
