Service was good. When they said the car would be $3200 above MSRP, I was ok with that, but the total price ended up being a little over $6400 above MSRP. I am an out of towner customer. I waited a little long for my tire service. There was no free water bottle for customers and I didnt see espresso machines. Said fuel pump was out, but fuel tank was empty. Sending unit was out . . . Almost $1,500 later... not happy. Car had dirty thresholds from dirty/greasy shoes of workmen.
